A stone-clad entry and a sweeping staircase set the tone for Palm Court Residence. Tall windows bring daylight into generous living spaces, while warm finishes and a central kitchen island create inviting places to gather.

Outside, a covered terrace opens onto a pool courtyard framed by palms. A waterfall, sheltered spa and curved slide give the landscape its distinctive character, with shaded seating for long afternoons outdoors.
